The Kingsburgh Commercial-Industrial Park is a newly developed commercial industrial estate at the hub of an area which is set to experience phenomenal growth over the next five years.

Buyers or tenants will be well placed to capitalise on a planned R11 Billion local expansion program currently being initiated by the KZN Provincial Government, in partnership with Dube Trade Port, Toyota SA, Volvo SA and MAN Truck South Africa. The local area has an existing high rental demand for light industrial and commercial properties with notably limited supply. It is at the gateway to the south coastal regions and the inland areas along the R603.

The development of the R16.5 billon uMkhomazi Water Project phase one is at an advanced stage and once complete, it will be one of the largest water transfer schemes in South Africa. The multi-disciplinary project is being undertaken by the Department of Water and Sanitation and uMgeni Water. The project includes the construction of the Ngwadini Dam situated 16 kilometres from the KCIP estate. The project is set to act as a catalyst for a host of local projects.
